The bike is water-resistant and perfectly fine to ride in the rain, but it’s not designed for pressure washing.
Here’s the practical approach we recommend:
- Do not hose over the seat or battery area — the controller box and battery connections are located there. Use a wet towel to clean these sections.
- From the bottom of the battery downward, you can gently rinse with a normal hose, then dry with a towel.
- Front wheel and lower frame: light rinse is fine, then towel dry.
- Handlebar and display: wipe with a wet towel only.
- No pressure washers under any circumstances.
This keeps everything clean while protecting the electronics long-term.
